Because Moots' elegant, durable, smartly-engineered titanium frames are fabricated IN-HOUSE, we can customize almost each and every frame detail, from geometry to FINISH. Check out the MOOTO-XZ and MOOTO-X (YBB), best frames in the 29er category, and the new ZIRKEL with 26 or 26/29 wheel combinations. The Moots RIGOR MOOTIS hardtail and YBB frames (in 26 and 29 inch wheeled versions) remain the pinnacle of classic mountain bike frames still being produced in America. The CINCO is a sweet XC full suspension frame, combining a titanium front triangle with a proven four bar rear end (we can custom-build it with a 29 inch front wheel). The Dreamride F-SERIES is an uncomprising long travel mountain bike for very technical singletrack and rough, rocky desert terrain. Employing a a custom Ventana four bar linkage rear end, the Dreamride F-series is offered in two wheel size configurations (26 [Fully] and 29-26 [F-69]). These come in standard or Heavy Duty models to accommodate a wide range of body types, riding styles and trail conditions. We also offer a rigid 29er-69er road/trail convertible called the White Rim (can come with wild paint). The White Rim is based on an American made titanium frame and is also available as a custom-fabricated Moots frame. Dreamride frames are constructed to our specifications, demonstrating the effectiveness of longterm product testing in Moab, Utah, where trails are rough, steep, and very technical. Each is built for a single client, one at a time, carefully sized and fitted to gain a further advantage over other current designs. Based on a proven formula for responsive handling more suited to experienced riders, we fit the package to your body, riding style and trail conditions. The custom fitted frame comes together with state-of-the-art components combined with personalized cosmetics. The process begins with a phone interview. In four to six weeks you will have your bike, an American-made, human-powered machine, specific to your needs.

His intricately crafted frames are canvases for pop art, producing personalized objects of desire to pass down to your cycling grandchildren as one would pass down a precious antique. This is very good because you might have more grandchildren by the time you get the frame. Is it worth the two year wait? Yes, indeed! This is the way to own the best performing, most expensive steel frame on the market. For an art collector, this is a fine way to own a piece of art for a very, very reasonable price. It is all about perspective. Lee Bridgers, company owner, has three Fine Art degrees, taught and lectured art at colleges and universities around the world with one-man shows as a painter, performance artist and filmmaker in the U.S. and Europe. Ventana's line of handbuilt aluminum frames cover a range of uses from road to full suspension mountain tandems. Engineering and fabrication of these frames are immaculate, and customer service is as good as it gets. THE VENTANA PRODUCT LINE includes several 29ers, cross country, all mountain, and freeride frames. Ventana produces the most smartly designed, solid and rational, four bar rear suspension design on the market and, like Moots, their in-house production allows personal customization. Our own Dreamride Fully models are built for us by Ventana, so we understand the possiblities and have built up a ton of Ventanas over the past ten years. Land Shark, an American frame builder, focuses on custom-built road and hartail mountain bke frames of steel, carbon and steel/carbon with spectacular paint and a reputation for performance. We appreciate old school high tech, where beauty meets the beast. Combine the craftsmanship of Land Shark with the riding, testing, and designing experience of Dreamride and you get high performance that is specific to your needs with looks that are beyond the pale. The reason we picked up Land Shark is as an American alternative to Pegoretti. Land Sharks land here less than a month after the order, as compared to two years for a Pegoretti. Lynskey's custom shop dovetails with Moots to give us almost unrestrained abilities to customize titanium. We still feel that Moots is THE titanium frame and component fabricator, but Lynskey allows us to take a walk on the wild side, with shaped tubing, stunning finishes and a greater ability to customize all aspects of the bike's design, performance and cosmetics, using our years of experience in custom sizing and fit effectively. A Sentimental Favorite!
Miki Musiek (now Miki Bridgers, Dreamride co-owner) sat in her front yard in Genk, Belgium, waiting for Eddy. It was a special day in this sleepy mining town when the Tour was routed in front of the family home. It went like this: After picnics in the yard and the neighborhood's frenzied wait, Eddy appeared, zipping past to constant screams, "Eddieeee." The crowd slowly settled down, then after half an hour, the peloton whizzed past, another race altogether. Such was the career and era of the greatest racer in the history of the sport of cycling. It is not the number of wins that puts Merckx on top, but the way he won and the time in which he competed. He singlehandedly, relentlessly destroyed the rest of the field with brute force in a time when bicycle racing was instinct and pure genetics, not radios, helicopters or million dollar time trial bikes and steroid teams with strange looking bodies, and lies, lies, lies. Eddie had bacon, eggs and potatoes for breakfast. We picked Merckx bikes and frames because Merckx AXM and EXM frames are made in Italy and are very nice indeed, but we mainly chose Merckx because of Miki. We carry the full line and will ship in the 48 states for free.

Dreamride Special Edition (DSE) bikes, marked by the jumping coyote logo in this on-line CATALOG, begin with a thorough interview/evaluation to determine correct frame style choice, fit, appropriate parts combination, special modifications and personalized cosmetics. Our bikes are based on tested, no-compromise, component formulas, carefully manipulated to suit specific terrain and riding styles. Each bike is completely built, then partially disassembled and carefully packed into a hardshell flight case (most road bikes will not fit into the case due to the size of bars and shifter sets nowadays, so we ship those wrapped in foam and placed into bike boxes). The package is shipped to your door via UPS ground at no additional charge. Each DSE purchase is followed by toll free tech support, and some get a personal on-line manual and invitations to Moab events. This level of personal service is made possible by our unique experience, Moab location and complete mountain bike service vocation.

29er Fever
29 INCH WHEELS are not for everyone, but if you fit the sizerange (over 5'7"), the terrain you ride suits the performance window, and need a bike that maintains speed over rolling terrainm, smoothing out bumps with a minimum of suspension parts, then you will be extremely happy with the performance of a 700c mountain or cross bike. Those 700c wheels are a great way to return to the purity of a fully rigid or short travel front suspended bicycle!
